mY lYfE in Kay Ell :-)

Date: 22 July 2009
Day: Wednesday

It all started in the morning... I was eventually having my final xzam on that day :)
Wow!.. tat sure makes me worried even now coz Im sure to do a last minute study n I can already describe my remarks before the college could publish them over the net.. Well, as I was not prepared to go for the xzam tat morning, I yet wokeup at 7.00am early... While preparing myself, I already got phone calls as usuall from my fwenzz... I knew what they wanted to say before I could answer the phone but yet I answered as the phone was ringing... They told me to fetch them later around 8.00am at their destination... So I went as they told, justa lil bit late half an hour...

As I fetched them, I rushed us straight to the campus as another frend of us was waiting in the campus since 7.00am earlier... She told us that the xzam was about to start and I was stuck in the heavy morning jam.. But we reached campus as soon as we could enter the hall...
While I was entering the hall, the xaminer stopped me n said to remove my stud as it was against the rulez in entering the xzam hall... I stare stupid at him as I was wordless and went out of the hall just to remove my stud... As I saw sum of ma fwenzz were also outside going through some other messed up rulez from our college.. (nONsEnSE La!)

Any how I got myself in the hall and pretend to be like nothin happened as I saw there were thousands of students in the hall looking at me in surprise... Well, mayb I was one of the most handsome once under the list, walking throught the red carpet... hAAHaahAAHahAHaha :-)
But yet I managed myself n got maself comfortable again... I rushed quickly to my seat as the paper was about to start.. When it was sharp 9.00am, the intructor gave some instruction over the rulezz n the papers n we managed to start answering them...

It was 3 hours paper actually and we'r supposed to freeze in the hall til 12pm answering the paper.. Tat was damn fuckin long hours just to sit in those freezing chair and answer the INUNDERSTANDABLE paper.. F!@#$ :( Well, I answered and got myself out of there around 10.30am I guezz... I juz dun wanna talk about xzams nomore as it frightens me.. Once I was out of the hall, I cleared myself and start breathing good country air... I was searching, searching for my fwenzz actually.. I was kinda xcited actually at tat tyme.. coz I really know wats gonna happened... Well, I managed to call up my fwenzz n asked wer they were... They told me to come to the Green Hse as they were waiting there for me..

As I went, they were all waiting there.. Talking, chatting n behaving rubbish.. I was damn hungry as I havent took my breakfast at all.. I went to my cafe and get myself a can of milo.. I taught I could finish the can to satisfy my hunger all by myself but eventually it was shareable by my fwenzz :( Nah! itz ok... I was really damn hungry n xcited too as I asked my fwenzz wen we will b leaving campus and lead an xcitement world... Actually, me and one of my frend suggested to lepak in Lim Kok Wing cafeteria to check out sum cool stuff there.. Then, there was tis frend of mine told tat b4 heading to KL, she wanna have a hot cup of goosips in the nearby mamak stall a.k.a Khulaffa...

We head up straight to KL afta ate breakfast.. I didnt ate any as I was so xcited to go to Lim Kok Wing cafeteria, so, I only took a can of 100plus... Then, around 12.00pm we left... There was a small worried in sum part of me telling tat I dunno the way to L.K.W but my frend beside me knew the place as she was assisting me on the road.. Im not really familiar with KL roads as for the kind information... Basically I grew myself in a remote island I guezz so... hhihihihihiii Well, we were managing ourself on the road juz to find the college... We kept on roaming the great Putrajaya with all kinda fuckin percintzz and roundiebotzz but yet couldnt find the perfect lane to go to L.K.W.. Tis was happening for the second time as we had the same problem earlier in A wedding trip to Rawang... :)

We was yet still roaming around and round, we even reached Alamanda but not L.K.W... I began to b frustrated at tat hours.. But yet to control myself is the best... As we couldnt stand the hunger and pain, we managed to pull over at Alamanda... Lepak there for hours just searchin for the ATM machine.. Just as I taught b4 tat Alamanda was a great shopping complex to roam with but it really sucks.. DAMN! :( There's no prepaid to topup, only one ATM machine was available where yiu need to cue up from a long fuckin line and hated the foods over there... I was really missing L.K.W.. The smell of it, the people all around, the designful cafeteria n all cool stuff... Gosshhhhhh...

Well, we had our time at the food court in Alamanda and wanted to have sum fun... So we suggested to hit the karaoke.. Guezz wat, we went and had a fun time there.. Itz real fun man! Wow! tats really xciting... Watching my talented frendzz on air.. hhahahhaaa.. We spend not much time there as we had to leave soon.. While leaving, each of ma frendz suggested me to send them back home to their places.. At first I felt like they were so self-centered n I was like a dumb ass being used by my frendzz since I own a car.. But I stopped as I taught for a minute, I shall help them out since they are counting on me...

But there were a small fear in me of getting myself back home all alone at night.. Im not kinda use to it though as I told one of my friend who wish to accompanny me back home.. I was really glad she told that.. So we started heading to Kajang where one of my frend is staying there.. We went to her hse as tis was ma first time going there... Visited her mum and drank black coffee, had our bestiieee time there :) Soon, we left and head back to KL... On our way to KL, our plan changed in the car at tat moment... My fwenzz wanted to go for a swim in one of my fwenzz, bf's Condominium... So we headed to Bangsar and managed to go to my fwenzz hse to get her swimsuit.. They begged me to swim but I refused to go as I was the driver, I fet really tired, fuckin tired... But yet I managed to drove them to the pool...

Condominium Villa was heaven.. I really had my fun time there... Especially the food, itz really amazing.. the taste still stands in my throat now.. As I watched my frendzz go for a swim, I went for my dinner at the cafe around there.. As I ordered Fried Bihun, I took my time to relax myself outside the bench with a table beside the pool.. the breezy night and bright star shining made my day really great.. Finally my dinner arrived, I took a spoon full and tasted it, damn, the taste was like heaven... I ate like nobody else, almost finished everything on plate which made my frenzz realise how hungry I was...

Soon as they finished swimming, we managed to leave the place of heaven.. It was around 11.00pm.. I sent my fwenzz back home to Bangsar and we wished guD byezz :) I headed back home with one frend left accompany me the whole day.. Wish thanks to her for spending the whole day with me.. Well, the karaoke, Alamanda, Condominiums and stuff was actually fun wen going new places and meeting new people during MY LIFE IN KL :)) tats all for now folks..

and tis is -jay- signing off now..
Take care and have a lovely day...

10 First-Date Mistakes :(

The best thing about bad dates is that we walk away with a great story, and little doubt that the perpetrator is not the person for us.

I was thinking about some of the common errors made on first dates. I came up with 10 common mistakes that could kill the chances for a second date:

Arriving Late

Even five minutes of lateness is inexcusable on the first date. People are already anxious on these excursions, so making someone wait and think more about everything is pretty rude. Seems like the trend in NYC is to be late for things regularly. On one date, I texted the girl and told her I was running late. She said she was too. We ended up just having the date ½ hour later than planned and technically no one was late because we were both ½ hour late together.

Wardrobe Malfunction
Wardrobe Malfunction

Make sure you cater what you wear to what you're doing. I try not to make a girl walk too much if she's in heels. Also, I've seen girls wear pearls and a nice blouse to trashy outdoor drinking events, or heels to sporting events.

Talking Politics or Religion

Staying away from debatable content is a good idea the first time out. It's fun to argue with your significant other, but I think it's important to reach a comfort level first. If you try to proselytize someone, or battle them over a hot topic like abortion, you may reach a point of no return.

Checking Out Other People

You'd think that no one would do this, but guys are always looking at waitresses, or other patrons when out. My one friend got in hot water because his date told me he made cat calls at other girls while on a date. Talk about a mistake!

Bringing Friends (Non Group Date)

If you bring friends along you look immature and insecure. You also throw the other person for a loop if they were expecting the date to be one-on-one. Make sure you establish that it is a one-on-one date, and follow the rules and show up alone.

Getting Too Drunk

Some people turn into a completely different person when they are drunk. Let the other person learn about you while you're sober, before you get wasted with them. Alcohol should be introduced into the relationship slowly, but if a drink or two takes the edge off, and wine adds romance it's fine. Just don't push it too far.

Being Too Aggressive

No one wants to deal with someone's wandering hands before they are ready. It is one of the best ways to creep someone out. Just because someone is getting dinner with someone once doesn't mean it's an invitation into the sack. It's best to be hands off on the first date.

Being Too Unaggressive

My friend Margaret warns me to be more aggressive all the time. She said that if I don't kiss someone at the end of a date, or make a move when they hop in my bed they will begin to think something's wrong with them, or that I'm not into them. Maybe that's true, but sometimes I am just being too safe so that I don't break the rule I just mentioned above.

Canceling at the Last Minute or Standing Someone Up

Canceling for a legitimate reason is fine, but respect your date's time so that they can plan their night without you. Canceling one hour before a date is not cool — most of the date prep has already started at this point. Standing someone up is so rude. What does it accomplish? If you change your mind, at least have the strength to just cancel. No need to make someone feel bad and waste their time just because you're too chicken to cancel the date.

Dominant Speaker

Try to breathe in between sentences, and don't talk too much. Give your date a chance to talk. Aren't you trying to get to know one another? And don't speak for that other person (i.e order for them at dinner) unless they invite you to help with their order.

Do you agree or disagree with any of these? Ever have these happen to you, or have you ever made these mistakes? Would you go on a second date after any of these mistakes? What would you add to this list?

n tis is -jay-...

gud luck guyzzz...

Dating Tips: Visual Deal-Breakers for Daters

Here are some elements that I should work on to look more "together":
#1 Dating Element: Posture

I walk around as if I'm auditioning for the lead role in a Nosferatu remake. My shoulders are rolled forward, and I'm hunched over. I can't tell whether I'm tired, too relaxed, or what. But there's one thing I do know, women like tall guys. I'm cheating myself with my bad posture. If I stand up straight, I'm 5'11" (well, 5'10 and .99999999 inches); nothing to write home about, but it is over the average for the American male (5'9"). I should take advantage of anything above average about me. Standing up straight will also make me look more confident.

#2 Dating Element: Holes

You've read about the moth holes in my clothes, but there are other places where holes pop up. Assuming that women don't notice my shoes is naive, considering their love of all things shoe-related. I get everything I can out of a pair of sneakers. Plus, I'm too lazy to go out and buy new ones. My current sneakers are literally wearing away to nothingness. I could act as a visual aid for one of those old guys telling stories about the Great Depression: "In my day we used cardboard boxes for shoes." My friend Margaret, the other day, stuck her finger into the bottom of my shoe and struck foot! She declared that my porous shoes were responsible for my bad luck with the ladies. If only it were that simple...

#3 Dating Element: Hair

This "hair" refers to cat hair. You know you're in trouble when someone takes a look at you and asks, "Do you have a cat?" I'm always running late, so I don't have time to apply the lint roller before I leave my apartment. Cat hair has a mind of its own and silently floats around and attaches itself to important spots on clothing.

#4 Dating Element: Fingernails

I chew my fingernails to the hilt. In addition to being a dirty habit, it makes my hands look terrible. My fingernails are so low that people sometimes cringe when they look at them and ask me how bad it hurts. We all know I'm an anxious person, but wearing that anxiety on the outside in the form of jagged, bleeding fingernails is not going to attract many women. I've been trying to kick the habit for awhile, and when I do maybe I'll look like I have my life together more... or at least I'll look like I'm not eternally nervous.
It never occurred to me that women might see me and think I don't care how I look, and then make the connection to me not caring how my apartment looks, and not caring about my life goals and aspirations. I've let my apathetic attitude permeate my appearance, and that's not good.
Things are going to change. The other day, Margaret forced me to buy a wallet. So, I'm no longer walking around with random cards in my pockets and misplacing certain cards. The wallet is a symbol for me pulling it together. As Margaret says, "No girl likes it when a guy buys them a dinner with a balled-up wad of bills."

Good Luck guyzz...

A wedding trip to Rawang... :)

4th Jully 2009...

The day started wit a surprise pain in my stomach early mornin as though Im having gastric problem... It gave me a pain of alarm to wake up in the mornin.. As I counldnt sleep any more, I woke up in order to go through the hard lyfe of tat day... It was around 10.30pm, wen I started to receive calls frm my fwenzz about the trip to A Wedding in Rawang...
My lecturers are getting married today...
da xcitement was such tat I was so hapie n cant wait to go enjoy maself wit fwenzz in Rawang...
I became so curious on wat to wear.. I suggest to wear black and prefer all my fwenzz to wear black too... Like a big group posing a black figure... But yet there were unsatisfied of wearing black frm some of my fwenzz.. The reason I choose black was, smart lookin, coverup thick fleshes, nite wedding n best attire for the day...
Well, I was searching for the best black outfit in my cupboard n found a striking, shiny, bling2 black shirt wit those pair of suitable pants...
My day was juz fine untill I was receiving this SMS frm my frend saying tat this gal who's driving us to the wedding will b late cuz of sum unawoidable traffic problum...
I accepted the fact tat she'll b late n yet prepared maself... We all together r supposed to meet at a place called McD a.k.a Mc Donalds... McD was alwayzz the place for us to meet up... It has been a tradition frm our fwenzz since generation hhaahahahhaaa.. There, we were all soon gathered up.. Oneby one reached by following their own sweet tyme... Finally at 6.30pm, all reached at the spot smoothly xcept for tis 1 particular gal who's gonna drive us all the way to Rawang.. She's having a bad day driving through the traffic.. Poor gal :( and on the other side, we were all impatiently waiting for these particular gal for about 1 hour...
She has been keeping intouch wit me all through tat hours in the traffic... She muz have been damn terrified but finally she made it... YAHOOOOOO... She reached McD at 7.30pm...
It was really bad tyming... I can already sense tat were gonna have a hard tyme finding the place over there... And YES we do... There were 6 of us in PEUGEOT... WOW!.. tat was really an amazing xperience...
We really had a great tyme finding the place... It started frm Rawang and all the way to Sungai Buloh back to the highway followby the roads of monkeyz n full of haunted houses...
This trip was not really like a wedding trip... It trun up to be a backpacking trip to the mountains of hell... And me who dressed up all like goin for a wedding function... tat was DAMN WEIRD... There was this place we came, it was called sum Kampung area where people started staring at us like Zombies.. Tat was wat really scares me to hell... I juz dunno why... They juz keep staring n looking at us like they wanna eat us up... AS IF WE WERE SUM DISH LIKE A ROASTED CHICKEN or sumthin... I was juz trying my best to laugh at this frend of mine "Ruff" who's trying making jokes nonstop to handle the situation.... I was juz controlling my fear frm all my fwenz in the car which happens to be all galzz...
I know I was damn lucky at tat moment surrounded by lotz of cute galzz but I didnt like the
environment n the situation tat much... The lucky thing was, my lap was been shared by tis poor gal who neva had place to sit in the car... hhaahahahahaa.. now tat was really cool! :)
As we were travelling all over Rawang like a roller coaster which neva endzz, finally around 10.45pm, we managed to find the place... Now tat I would like to say sumthin, b4 we could find da place, we were happen to be having histeria in the car... The gals were screaming at one corner, the radio was hitting the bass, my lap was so hurt, my legs cant move, I was starving to death and I was forcing maself to laugh but actually wanna cry...
The moment we reached, we was really ambarassed at first... wen we managed to get out of the car, we began to saw tat all the chairs n tables were taken away by those people wit trucks n lorrys... Finally, we knew it.. The wedding came to an end tat all are preparing to go home... I was so sadn terrified at tat tyme.. I juz dunno how to describe my feelings.. I do feel sad, funny n angry... These three main feelings came together in me at tat very moment.. I stand by the middle of the road n taught for a second... I guezz I came all the way tis far and I came to a decision tat I made myself brave to go into the wedding hall wit thick face... Far frm my vision, I saw my lecturers sister siting tiredly at the pathway side.. I went up straight and looked upon her... She was like an angel sitting there.. And YES she was... But I was yet to makesure itz not the wrong person.. so I asked her if she was my lectuer's sister n she said yes.. we even know each other very well in FB.. I was even more surprised when she called up my famous nickname... Well, she headed us to my lecturers hse..
We took all the tiredless effort to go to my lecturers hse.. It was a great pleasure meeting the couples there... They looked really great as if they were made up for each other... :)
I wished congratzz n handover the presentzz to each of them... They were apparently shocked to see us... even the whole family was shocked to see us tat nite... it was late nite n they were yet wondering on us...
It was around 11.30pm wen we left the hse... we were in a hurry back home too... On our way back home, I realised tat the way going home was tat damn easy than going to the wedding...
Well, I managed to knock off in the car n neva realised anythin until we reached a place...
I was planning to scream "BYE RAWANG" in the middle of the nite in the car on the way going home but my instinct stopped me... hhhahhahaaahahahhaa.. I guezz tiz will b the first n the last visit to Rawang for a wedding...
Anywayzz, all those sweet, sad, angry n bitter memoriez remainz foreva in my mind.. It cant be forgotten easily nor erased everything... This memorable Wedding Trip To Rawang will alwayz be in our minds wen were having a laughter or angry momentz...

So, to all you guyz out there, tis will be a good xperience for us...
take care guyz..
alwayzz laugh lotz..
bye!

Did you pig out at the cookout? 6 Food fixes that beat bloat fast!

Lately I’m all about what to eat (as opposed to what not to eat) to look and feel great, and I’m also all about enjoying myself on vacation. So this July 4th weekend, go ahead and have that burger, beer, macaroni salad and whatever else is on the menu at your mid-summer fete, and then make the necessary diet adjustments AFTER the party. Here, 6 simple swaps that will help you lose a little water weight and keep calories in check:

1) Season Food Without Salt

Smart Swap: Add zing to your meals with salt-free seasoning blends such as the Original and Italian medley Mrs. Dash instead of salt, salt-based seasonings, and highly processed foods. The reason? You may be attracted to your saltshaker, but water is, too. When you take in higher than usual amounts sodium, you’ll temporarily retain more fluid, contributing to that sluggish feeling, a puffy appearance, and extra water weight. Yuck.

Get your sexy summer body and your confidence back!

2) Thirsty? Stick to plain H20

Smart Swap: There's nothing like a nice cold carbonated beverage when you're hot and thirsty but plain old tap water is a better way to stay hydrated—those tingly bubbles just end up in your belly, causing it to puff out more.

Try these simple, belly-flattening beverage alternatives

3) Up the protein, lower the carbs

Smart Swap: Use one slice of whole grain bread for your sandwich at lunch instead of two, and swap snacks like pretzels for nuts or seeds. At dinner, try to stick to lean protein sources and, if you must have a carb, try something made with whole grains like quinoa or brown rice. Unless you’re running a marathon this weekend, loads of high-carb foods like bagels, bread, pasta, pretzels, and cereal will just boost bloat. The science-y reason: as a backup energy source, your muscles store a type of carbohydrate called glycogen, and every gram of glycogen is stored with about 3 grams of water. But unless you have a vigorous exercise routine, you don't need all this stockpiled fuel. When you decrease the carbs, you'll temporarily train your body to access this stored fuel and burn it off. At the same time, you'll drain off excess stored fluids.

Get loads of healthy warm-weather recipes and meal ideas!

4) Cook your veggies

Smart Swap: Eat veggies, just eat them cookedsteaming is quick and easy. Fruit is gorgeous and plentiful right now so indulge in moderation. When you’re trying to watch your weight it may be temping to fill up on a grapes, but if you want a flat belly filling it with all that volume is counter-productive: A half-cup serving of cooked carrots delivers the same nutrition as one cup raw, but it takes up less room in your GI tract. The same goes for fresh fruits: Compare the size of a few grapes to a few raisins. Big difference! While you’re at it skip those notorious gas-causers like broccoli and cauliflower and cook up green beans, mushrooms, and squash—which is bountiful right now anyway.

5) Season food with belly-friendly flavors

Smart swap: some people love their food four-alarm spicy (I’m one of them)! Feel the heat for one night, then lay off the barbecue sauce and garlic for a few days while debloating. Give dishes a flavor boost with in-season fresh or dried herbs like dill, basil, mint, sage, tarragon, and rosemary. You can also use curry powder, lemon or lime juiceall perfect with fish or chicken. Try to avoid Black pepper, nutmeg, cloves, Chili powder, hot sauces, onions, garlic, mustard, barbecue sauce, horseradish, catsup, tomato sauce, vinegar; Spicy foods can stimulate the release of stomach acid, which can cause irritation.

Spice up your dinner with these delicious, 30-minute chicken recipes

6) Satisfy an oral fixation with seeds, not gum

Smart Swap: If you chew gum by habit or just like to bite down on something crunchy, reach for some nuts, like roasted or raw unsalted sunflower seeds. You probably don't realize this, but when you chew gum, you swallow air. All that air gets trapped in your GI tract and causes pressure, bloating, and belly expansionnone of which are swimsuit-friendly.
